License Recovery Communications
In an effort to renew pet licenses that may have long since expired, DocuPet has launched a new program for our partners which sends direct communications via email and letter to pet owners who have become delinquent after the standard campaign of DocuPet renewal notices, or those whose records have expired prior to their community joining DocuPet.
These communications are designed (and proven) to increase license sales, and also serve as a reminder to pet owners to make sure their pet’s information is up to date within their current DocuPet profile. The emails, which are sent on a weekly cadence, are provided to partners at no cost and typically convert between 3-5% with improved performance after a flight of emails. We also offer the option to prepare and send mailed letters – proven to boost performance even further – at an additional cost.
