(Shelburne, ON) March 2024 – The Town of Shelburne is partnering with a new dog licensing service, and as a result, residents will receive a complimentary 24-7 lost pet service too.

Shelburne has partnered with DocuPet, which offers a pet profile, lost pet and licensing platform.

Formerly, dog licences expired Dec. 31 in Shelburne, but with the change in providers the town is moving to a 365-day model, meaning licences will expire a year after they were purchased.

Pet owners will also have access to colourful and unique designer ID tags linked to a secure online profile when they licence their dogs.
