With easy online licensing, stylish tags, and free access to the HomeSafe^® 24/7 Lost Pet Service, DocuPet and Napa County Animal Shelter are working together to build a stronger safety net for pets and the people who love them. 

All dogs in American Canyon, Napa, Yountville and Unincorporated Napa County must be licensed and vaccinated against rabies.
